Five Elements Yin Yoga, Mindfulness & Ayurveda For Deep Calm & Resilience E-book

Yin Yoga helps you to connect to & heal your feminine side.

Yin is feminine, it is dark, solid, cold and represents the mysteries that live underneath the conscious mind. It’s infinite and multi-layered and as soon as you think “Uh, I got it” new layers and tears to shed surface.

On a psychological level, it helps you understand what it really means to surrender to the reality of who you are and radically accept what is happening in your life.

This is where change begins.

The first time I walked in a yin yoga class was by mistake, I thought it was vinyasa flow with my favorite teacher, Olanna, and instead there was yin..

I stayed in and went deep with-yin..

This happened over a decade ago. Moving out of London in 2016 and travelling to Asia.. I surprisingly found myself being part of an international yin community based in Goa – South India where I ended up deepening my studies of TCM, Yin Yoga Asana and Yin anatomy, Tao Healing Arts, Body Meridian Theory and the 5 Elements Theory; my teacher and mentor is the yin yoga therapist and acupuncturist Dr Alexandra Denkinger.

Many years later, right in the middle of Covid-19, in between April and July 2020, I have found myself deeply anchored in the practice of yin more than ever before, and eventually decided to write a yin yoga booklet & designed a 5-weeks yin yoga healing program to help all those who were stuck at home having to deal with depression, addictions, etc. and being out of reach from yoga studios that shut down for the pandemic.

The very first version of the yin container was a 5-weeks group container, and it was called “Five Elements of Yin Yoga and Mindfulness for Deep Calm & Resilience”.

So many people from all over the world said yes to yin that I had to run the program several times over 2020 and 2021.

The powerful healing so many people from all over the world (all ages people coming from very diverse mental, emotional and physical scenarios) could access throughout the 5 weeks, and therefore the success of this yin container, lies in the program structure I’ve given to the program.

I wanted all sessions be LIVE with me. No recorded sessions was my number one rule.

I created a yin integration circle for people to join in from the comfort of their living rooms, feel safe and share their experiences of isolation, loneliness, emotional & mental struggle, etc.

The rules (criteria or standards) I have given to this very powerful healing yin container were all about safety, privacy, 1:1 with me and in the circle, shadow talk, connecting with others.

I have never lowered the quality of the yin teachings. It was all about delivering the most beautiful and soothing yin asana practice every week for 5 weeks bringing in:

+ TCM

+ the wisdom of the meridians

+ Ayurveda doshas based on the 5 Elements

+ Buddhist meditation practices

+ Taoist pranayama techniques

+ mindfulness techniques for deep calm and resilience.

After a couple of years of me being in service in green and lush Costa Rica the program turned into a juicier upgraded version of the first one.

Today you have access to the latest & more upgraded version of the Yin container created in 2020..

The 4-weeks 1:1 Yin Healing Program for Emotional Resilience + 1 extra week that I wanted to gift my students with.

The 5th session is an extra session or a “treat” you have the FREEDOM to choose how to invest this extra $-energy / time in.. choosing amongst 1:1 counseling session, 1:1 yoga asana practice, 1:1 preparation and integration for plant medicine..

I also wanted to switch from group container to 1:1, to offer a bespoke, more therapeutic support and guidance to individuals who are called to heal and expand into their physical, emotional and energetical well-being.
