I'm Eleonora, the founder of HSW Tribe Costa Rica and HSW Sinchi Mariri — Earth School of Somatic Wisdom, a living school devoted to Earth-based education, somatic awareness, and the restoration of sacred relationship between the body, the land, and the consciousness of the plants.
I'm a Medicine Woman and Earth steward rooted in Costa Rica, Eleonora bridges somatic healing and ancestral plant traditions through experiential immersions, practitioner trainings, and transformative one-on-one containers grounded in body-based, trauma-informed, and root-level healing.
As a Certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), certified Counselor, and Kambo Practitioner trained in the Peruvian jungle and by Tribal Detox, my teachings are grounded in trauma-informed facilitation, nervous system regulation and embodied ancestral wisdom.
I support individuals and practitioners into a path of deep somatic remembrance — learning to listen to the language of the body, serve from presence, and honor the intelligence of the medicines of the Earth.
