Held in the lush, sacred jungles of Costa Rica — either on the Caribbean or Pacific Coast — Womb to Earth is a 4-day intimate journey.
Each location carries its own medicine, and you’ll be guided to the one that meets you best.
It’s woven with one-on-one healing, guided embodiment practices, sacred rituals, elemental connection, and the gentle support of plant medicine — ranging from intentional micro-dosing to immersive ceremonial work, always attuned to your readiness and personal path.

Blessings sister, I’m Eleonora.
Eleonora is a medicine woman and a stewardess of the Earth, based on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica.
For the past 5 years, Eleonora has immersed herself in the sacred path of Amazonian Plant Medicine, engaging deeply in traditional Master Plant Dietas within the Amazon Rainforest of Peru.
This practice involves forming profound, spiritual relationships with Master Teacher Plants that are revered for their healing properties and spiritual wisdom.
Through dedicated periods of isolation, deep shadow work and discipline, Eleonora has embraced the sacred teachings of these plant allies, leading to significant personal transformation and a deepened capacity to guide others on their healing journeys.
In addition to her plant medicine path, Eleonora is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with 15 years of experience in women’s mentoring, complex trauma, and womb-centered healing.
Over the past decade, she has been guiding Women’s Circles and Somatic Dance journeys in the Zona Sur of Costa Rica (Uvita) and in Goa, South India.
Through these sacred spaces, she weaves somatic and embodiment practices that support women in reconnecting with the deep wisdom held within their bodies and wombs.
