My work with Eleonora is moving into its third year now, and what an amazing journey it has been! I came into the program at 58 years old—a mom, grandmother, and yoga instructor—with a closed heart, a numb body, and an anxiety-and fear-ridden mind. My personal quality of life, mindset, and relationships were lacking at best. I had tried traditional therapy many times throughout my life with only marginal success.
Now it was time to get to the root of the matter.
Things have changed incredibly over the past few years. I am more self-aware, sensual, and in touch with my body and emotions. I feel more spiritually connected and purpose-driven, with a deep desire to serve and express my highest, most authentic self.
Eleonora has guided me on this path, initially through her Shakti Awakening program, where I stepped into shadow work and embraced my Divine Dark Feminine. This was a deep dive into her exquisitely guided somatic experiencing, hypnotherapy, and womb healing. After more than a year and a half of this foundational work, I was ready to enter a master plant dieta. Working with plant medicines became a portal to integrating all of this work on a deeper level. Eleonora was there, fully supporting me in my preparation, ceremonies, and integration. The synergy of these modalities has been the key to my personal healing.
My journey continues, always circling back to go deeper—to heal and grow.
Currently, I am continuing my work with Eleonora as a business coach and mentor while also acquiring skills in Somatic Experiencing certification.
Eleonora is a shining example of what it means to truly walk this path. She embodies her purpose, sharing her wisdom, love, and compassion with those who are ready to receive.

Eleonora is a beautiful and unique soul. Ever since first meeting her in Peru 3 years ago we had an instant, and also expansive connection on the basis of sisterhood. Which is one of my favorite things about Eleonora is her desire to connect and cultivate loving honest relationships with the people she is close to and those she works with.

It’s hard to put this experience into words. Words feel confined and limited to how expansive & cosmic my time with Eleonora was, and always is.Back tracking. I was in one of my worst drug addictions yet, as they have played a big role in my entire life. My own worst enemy, as our shadows can devour our soul’s voice. And i hadn’t heard that voice in some time.I booked a one way flight to Costa Rica after I hit one of my biggest bottoms. No idea where I was going to stay, no idea for how long, just knew I needed to get sober and reconnect to my soul.I ended up in Eleonora’s yoga class.I’ll remember this forever, her voice, her words… hit me. Her presence was big & the space she held, energetically even in her class, was so inviting to release. And that’s exactly what happened. I started crying uncontrollably. I was in the back of the room and without her even knowing my story she touched my shoulder and said:“You're ready sister”.I felt seen, I felt held. In the first time in a long time, without us even speaking.The next day I had to find out more, and I saw she worked with women 1:1 - I instantly connected with her and we began.Eleonora’s presence alone is instantly felt, and the space she created for me is undeniably one of the strongest and most nurturing spaces I’ve experienced.From body work, deep meditation & sisterhood - she guided me to my inner child to hold and love her, she guided me back to my soul.I then attended a cacao ceremony she held and holy, it was.I awoken that night. That ceremony gave me breath to life again. My soul was alive and loud. And that was the thread I held onto for sometime now.I got back to the States and continued my work with her until I stopped.My initiation was not finished and I fell back into addiction once again.I became pregnant, which had forced me into sobriety, moved across the country then to experience a house fire at 7 months pregnant, to lose everything I’ve known in life including our 4 dogs. It crushed me. I gave birth and then soon after became a single mom.I have since risen and keep rising. This was my soul’s initiation. And if it wasn’t for Eleonora I would have no thread to hold. I would have no activation to recognize.My time with Eleonora was cosmic, divinely contracted between our souls in a different time and space. She is a force, she is a woman living in her gifts, she is a woman who is heart lead.She is a woman in integrity and lives her truth.
