My plant medicine prep & integration sessions are designed for those committed to exploring plant medicine for a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s place within the whole.
My 1:1 sessions include an introduction to working with the intelligence of plants in a non-altered state to better access their teachings and healing properties like it has been done in shamanic cultures for thousands of years.
