Hi, I’m Eleonora, your host
Eleonora is the founder of HSW Tribe Costa Rica, an Earth steward of Costa Rica’s medicines, a Medicine Woman, a Peruvian jungle–trained (2017) Kambo Practitioner, and Tribal Detox–trained (2021) Kambo Trainer, a Certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) and Counselor trained at the Gestalt Center in London and an E-RYT 500 with a deep foundation in hypnotherapy, holistic healing, and embodiment arts.
She has studied extensively in Indonesia and India, where she lived for 4 years before permanently moving to Costa Rica, her spiritual homeland, in 2020.
With over 15 years of experience in the Somatic Healing Arts, she supports individuals in navigating lasting and embodied transformation through body-based sacred healing and Somatic Integration.
Her approach to Kambo Practitioner Training & Somatic Experiencing is grounded in somatic awareness, trauma-informed facilitation and nervous system regulation, integrating ancestral healing and earth-based spirituality.
Through this synthesis, practitioners are guided to serve Kambo not only with skill and safety, but with presence, sensitivity and deep respect for the intelligence of the medicine and the body.
Her Somatic Experiencing Therapy Trainings weave together hypnotherapy, dreamwork, and teachings informed by Amazonian and Andean shamanic traditions, blending plant-based wisdom with the science of the nervous system to facilitate profound regulation and integration.
Her approach weaves together the science of the nervous system, deep ancestral healing, and the spiritual traditions of the Andes and Amazon, offering a pathway where transformation becomes a living practice - embodied, relational, and in service to life.
Her work is deeply informed by 6 years of immersive master plant dieta in the Peruvian Amazon under the guidance of Don José Campos, a world-renowned curandero and ayahuasquero of the direct Mestizo lineage of Don Salomon.
Eleonora is such a wonderful, kind hearted and compassionate yoga teacher. Her classes are pure bliss, and I always feel more centered, grounded, and connected after her classes.
