Sister, embrace your shadow.
Shadow Work for Women who are ready for radical self-awareness and unconditional self-love.
Dear medicine sister,
You have broken so many patterns. You have explored the wilderness and found healing.
You have returned with powerful medicine to share.
You listen deeply.
I want to support you in going deeper still.
Eleonora
Sister, I know we can go further together than we can go alone.
This month, I led my first Plant Medicine Women’s Immersion Weekend in Joshua Tree, CA.
I am in constant awe of how tremendously humbling and gorgeous this life is, and equally grateful to spend it with truly incredible people.
I am in awe of those women who embarked on a life-changing journey through sensual somatic movement, shadow work and plant medicine.
What is a shadow self?
Our shadow selves are the parts of ourselves that we believe to be unacceptable or what we believe society considers to be unacceptable. Due to our conditioning we have learnt that certain parts of us are not ‘acceptable’ and as a result we start to deny or hide these parts.
Emotions like rage, jealousy and lust may be repressed because they are typically dismissed as ‘bad’ emotions.
This binary approach to life- good/bad, hot/cold right/wrong – is the foundation upon which the shadow self-forms.
All of the sides of ourselves that we- or society- consider to be abnormal, unacceptable or wrong end up hiding in the ‘shadows.’
The 4-days container’s purpose was to hold space for women to:
• Share deeply about your hopes, dreams and challenges.
• Express their feelings, insights and creativity.
• Connect with their depths by creating a dialogue between the conscious and unconscious mind.
• Receive resources and tools that nurture their feminine essence.
• Develop intuition and trust in their own journey.
• Experiment with new ways of embodying their Inner Goddess and connecting to Sisterhood.

The profound healing experiences with plant medicine do not end with the ceremony.
The real work begins at the end of the ceremony as we are becoming present to our intentions again.
How we integrate the insights that we’ve learned in the plant medicine ceremony, the application of the new perspectives will eventually determine the transformation in our lives.
Much Love
Eleonora
